The "Black Peak" complex, is located at the entrance of living estate Dragalevtzi, in the city of Sofia, distanced 500m. From the Ring Road and 300 meters from shop "Fantastico".

Situated on a corner plot with its 70 m. Length, facing "Black Peak" blvd., having a local road between the building and the main road is with  possibility of parking in front of stores.

The project is a four-storey building consisting of shops, flats, hotel type apartments/VAT refundable/, underground parking and storage areas for the shops.

In the nearby  a kindergarten will be built. Much of the area of ​​the complex will be planted with trees and low vegetation. The complex has a private garden with a beautiful fence and playground.

The unique location of the complex provides a spectacular view of the capital Sofia, as well as easy access to the ring road and the city center. Opposite the entrance, there  is a sports center and a stadium.

The complex is built with modern materials and technology, the facade is made ​​of granite, travertine and mineral plaster with 10 cm insulation in combination with wrought iron railings. The interior is set in high quality granite flooring, LED lighting in common areas and gardens, thus providing minimal maintenance costs . Luxury elevators, six chambered PVC windows with triple glazing with Ka- glass and 6mm glass to overcome resonance effects. It is air-conditioned with individual air-conditioning for each individual store or apartamet and  a possibility to include natural gas heating.

The low current installation includes: 14 cameras for video surveillance,  that can be monitored through video intercom in each apartment, access control chips, wiring for Internet, TV, security system. All apartments are prepared to put the necessary air drainage and the stores are built in with air conditioning and ventilation. The roof is built entirely with Italian materials.
